1. Introduction
The Coaching Hub (the "Hub") is committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for individuals to achieve their personal and professional goals. By using the Hub's services, including coaching sessions, workshops, and online resources, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Definitions
"Coach" refers to the trained professional who will guide you through the coaching process.
"Coaching Session" refers to a scheduled meeting between you and your coach, either in-person or online.
"Program" refers to a specific course of coaching sessions, workshops, or online resources designed to address a specific area of your life or career.

3. Confidentiality

All coaching sessions and communications with the Hub are confidential. We maintain the highest level of confidentiality and respect for our clients' personal and professional information.

4. Coaching Process
The coaching process is designed to empower you to identify your goals, create action plans, and take meaningful steps towards achieving your desired outcomes. The coach will work with you to develop a personalized plan, provide guidance, support, and accountability throughout the process.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Payments:
All payments for products and services made through various payment methods such as bank transfer, online payments through 3rd Party Vendors, cash, cheque, and credit card towards The Coaching Hub FZC are NON-REFUNDABLE, except under the following circumstances:

1. Session Cancellation: If you wish to cancel or reschedule a coaching session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in a fee for the missed session.
2. Course Cancellation: If a course is cancelled, a 100% refund or credit note is applicable.
3. Major Health Reasons or Death: In the case of death or major health issues leading to hospitalization, a refund can be processed upon providing proof such as health reports and doctors’ notes. The final decision will be at the discretion of management.

For package bookings (sessions), if you wish to cancel before redeeming all sessions, you will be charged the individual standard session rate for the number of sessions you’ve received (plus any add-ons, processing fees, etc.). You will be provided a credit for the difference between this rate and the price you paid for the package.
The Coaching Hub reserves the right to discharge clients if they miss more than 2 appointments/consults or fail to follow protocol recommendations.
Terms and conditions may change from time to time without notice. Changes will apply to any subsequent transactions with The Coaching Hub.

Coaching Sessions:
• 50% of the total cost of the session is required to confirm your booking.
• In case of rescheduled or cancelled appointments, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. The Coaching Hub holds the right to deduct the amount from the package sessions or charge the client during their next visit.
• Therapy packages are valid for three (3) months from the original date of purchase. It is the client’s responsibility to track the expiry dates. Packages cannot be used beyond the expiry date.

Workshops & Event Policies:
• For workshops and trainings you must provide advance notice for confirmation and enrolment. Therefore, at least a 50% advance deposit is required to confirm a space.
• A refund (minus a 10% + VAT admin fee) will be made for cancellations made more than 14 days before the start date. For cancellations less than 14 days before the workshop or training, there will be no refunds unless there is a death or major health reason due to hospitalization, with proof such as health reports and doctors’ notes. The final decision will be at the discretion of management.
• In the event of a no-show, deposits and advance payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. However, if within 3 days' notice before a workshop or training is given, credit notes are issued, and payments are transferable towards other services, with no cancellation fee.
• If a workshop or training is cancelled, you will be offered either a cash or account credit refund or the option of being transferred to an alternative event.
• We reserve the right to cancel a workshop for any reason, including insufficient numbers booked onto the workshop. Should this happen, we will notify you as soon as possible and refund you the full amount you have paid us. We will not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred, including travel, accommodation, or exchange rate losses.

General Terms & Conditions for Use of Classes, Private Treatments, Workshops, and Training Courses:
• Please read these Terms and Policies carefully before using our Website or booking any services through it. By using our Website, you confirm that you accept these Terms and Policies and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you must not use our Website.
• All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) inclusive of 5% VAT unless otherwise explicitly specified.
• All payments are non-refundable once processed. In special circumstances (e.g., relocation), you can convert the remainder of your package to a credit balance, which can be redeemed for other workshops.
• Session packages are personal and non-transferable. In exceptional cases, a transfer may be considered at the discretion of Management with an applicable administration fee. Membership cannot be loaned to a third party.
• The Management reserves the right to periodically review and adjust prices, charges, and fees.
• Individuals must be 18 years or older to receive sessions without adult approval or accompaniment.

Warranties Disclaimer:
• We make no warranties regarding our programs, products, services, or program materials. All are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.

Refund Policy:
• We do not offer refunds to the original payment method for services booked without reason for cancellation from our end. Instead, we offer account credit subject to management approval under reasonable conditions. Approved refunds are processed as account credits to be used at other workshops or trainings. In case of cancellation from our end, refunds will be processed within 30 days.

6. Disclaimers:
• Our website and related materials are for educational and informational use only. We are not liable for any direct or indirect loss incurred from using our website and related communications, including technological failures.
• We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy of third-party statements or the likelihood of success from using our website. Consult a professional for medical, legal, or financial questions.
• This website is updated regularly, and while we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee all information is up-to-date. Use of the website is at your own risk.

7. Intellectual Property
All materials, including but not limited to text, images, audio, and video, provided by the Hub are copyrighted and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or display any of the materials without prior written permission from the Hub.

8. Liability
The Hub is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your use of our services. You understand that the coaching process is not a substitute for professional medical advice or therapy.

9. Termination
The Coaching Hub reserves the right to terminate your access to our services at any time without notice.

10. Entire Agreement:
These Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between site users and The Coaching Hub.

11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through info@thecoachinghub.com.

12. Amendments
The Hub reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
By using the Hub's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
