Our History

The shimmering city of Dubai with its soaring skyscrapers that kiss the heavens has dropped some ambitious seeds into our hearts. A quiet initiative began by routing self to universities and people communities to share the acquired knowledge. Knowledge sharing was done in order to discover and explore the powerful resources residing within our inner selves.

Being an HR professional further added strings to the story. A deep-routed interest in exploring human minds acted as a torch light to gauge the environment and always looked for the cause of the problem with a firm belief that the problems are always intertwined with solutions. Our job is only to bear the torch and help others find it themselves.

What began with a desire to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical experiences is now a drive to do really something more that expands our life horizons.

The pandemic proved to the saying ‘Every cloud has a silver lining’. The free time and the external panicked environment acted as a calling to seek more knowledge and this heightened awareness opened the doors to our dream journey.

This initiative was now named as ‘The Coaching Hub’ that increased a sense of responsibility in us. We started giving out complimentary online sessions every week to increase awareness. Also, we held our programs in rental spaces and garnered good feedback.
